CBS Construction a full service general contractor and construction management firm based in North San Diego, California. We specialize in high-end Residential Renovations and new ground up Single Family Residential Builds.  

Mike Scolman, president has been building dream homes in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar Country Club, The Bridges, Santaluz, La Jolla and more for 30+ years.  Son, Eric has since joined the family business to continue the legacy.

The CBS team assists clients by managing timelines, controlling project budgets and looking out for the financial success of all parties involved.
